Art therapy workshop with AG Saño

The National Parks and Development Committee (NPCD), together with Teach Peace Build Peace Movement, will be hosting on July 15 a free art therapy workshop with renowned artist AG Saño.


The workshop is aimed at helping people unleash their creativity and relieve stress. It can be viewed via NPDC’s Facebook Live or Zoom:

Saño is a multi-awarded Filipino artist who finished Landscape Architecture from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.


He is a founding board member of the Teach Peace Build Peace Movement, an organization that promotes peace through education and the arts.



According to his profile on the Artivist Network, Saño has worked on 700 murals in 16 countries, including the Philippines, US,  Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Italy, Switzerland, Greece,  Netherlands, France, Germany, among others.


The main themes of his works are peace and the environment. He has done projects on sea turtles, sharks, and reef conservation with organizations such as WWF, Greenpeace, OXFAM, and Conservation International.
