The Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation (FPPF) is offering an online Comprehensive Digital Photography workshop from July 13-26.
In an announcement on the FPPF website, Federation President Pablo Beltran said, “While this is in response to the coronavirus pandemic, the online courses will henceforth form part of FPPF offerings even in a post-Covid scenario. This gives us a chance to also teach those from faraway places.”
“While YouTube offers resources, we offer answers. You can ask our instructors in a live real-time interaction. We answer your question immediately,” he added.
The topics to be covered include:
DSLR camera operation;
shooting techniques;
composition;
elements of design;
lighting basics;
post-processing, and
travel photography.
Students are expected to do assignments and submit photos for critique. Those who complete the workshop and submit their assignments will receive certificates.
The time frame for the workshop will be staggered over two weeks, in one- to two-hour sessions from July 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, and 26.
The FPPF instructors include: Ador Pamintuan, Rey Castañeda, Joey Tañedo, Cecilia S. Angeles, Dennis Araneta, Amir Alba, Chris Malinao, and George Cabig.
The workshop fee is P3,000 payable via bank deposit at FPPF’s Banco De Oro account. Please visit the FPPF website for registration and payment details.
