ManilART goes both onsite, online Dec. 9-13

ManilART, the Philippines' first and longest-running art fair, will go both onsite and online from December 9 to 13 this year.

The onsite event will be held at the SMX Convention Center at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

ManilART is a flagship project of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the country's official government agency for culture.

ManilART is traditionally celebrated every October, Museums and Galleries Month (MGM, #museumsandgalleriesmonth) in the Philippines. This year, for the first time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ManilART will be held in December.

Established in 2009, ManilART's goal is to make the Philippines a premier art hub in Asia.

Last year, more than 30 art galleries participated in the event including ManilART Foundation, Galerie Francesca, Legacy Art Gallery, Galerie Raphael, Gallery Nine, Canvas, 371 Art Space, Arte Pintura, Renaissance Gallery, Art for Space, Quattrocento Gallery, Artologist, Ysobel Art Gallery, among others.
